Tenacity CX are leaders in Customer Experience Recruitment and Consulting. As such, we are partnering with a global leader in food retail services, and require an innovative Customer Experience professional to join their team.

As the Head of Customer Experience, you will be responsible for implementing and executing initiatives that transform the way employees engage with customer, building trust, loyalty and ultimately increasing sales and business performance.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion exceptional service experiences, through building solid, strong and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create and deliver ‘best in class’ Customer strategy
  • Support the vision and business objectives by providing strategic thinking and expertise
  • Drive cultural change to enable employees to deliver the best service experiences to increase customer loyalty
  • Simplify the customer journey, highlight essential customer touch points to deliver exceptional customer feedback
  • Build strong relationships with all key stakeholder to gain 100% buy in to customer initiatives
  • Play a ‘hands on’ role in bringing to life the customer experience strategy
  • Analyse and report on Customer Experience/Engagement results
  
Ideal candidate background:
  • Excellent communication skills that can translate from front line through to c-level executives
  • Big picture thinking – yet hands on delivery focused
  • Solution focused, strategic thinker and change champion
  • Exceptional influencing skills, strong stakeholder engagement at multiple levels across complex business units
  • Strong presentation skills to influence and engage small audiences
  • Experienced in gap analysis and business process improvements
  • Proven ability to deliver results, both personally and across the organisation
  • Expertise in building strong interpersonal relationships with co-workers, stakeholders and third parties
