Our History

Established in 2016, Tenacity CX founders Emma Holden and Nick Walker, first joined forces as work colleagues nearly a decade ago specialising in contact centre recruitment and through their unrivalled reputation and extensive network Tenacity CX was born. A niche, specialist brand with shared values of trust, customer-centricity and excellence. Our objective is to deliver a more personal and pro-active approach to customer experience and contact centre recruitment.
