Co-Founder and Director Nick Walker has over 20 years' customer service experience delivering client solutions with both national and boutique organisations in Australia and the UK.
Nick is extremely involved in the business and recruits all CX executive, technical and transformation roles. He is the strategic account director for all major accounts and prides himself on service excellence to both job seekers and clients alike.

What energises you outside of work?
I love playing Squash, actually I'm obsessed with the game! I also love long challenging walks, eating out and have a real love of good red wine!

What is the funniest or most unusual job you have ever had?
Working in a Chinese takeaway kitchen - 12 hour shifts behind a deep fat fryer, with no breaks, for below minimum wage!
