The Sales Support & Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting the on the road BDM’s – being a point of contact for travel industry partners and assisting the reservations team when needed.
Your Role:
- Support the Regional Sales Managers with trade enquiries
- Assist with the daily operations of a sales office incl the preparation of events and sales trips
- Host online training webinars
- Support the sales & marketing departments with collateral preparation – pricing and creation
- Event co-ordination – launch events, expos, familiarization trips etc
- Assist with expenses and invoices
- Support the Reservations team with some overflow
- Diploma in Business or other tertiary qualification well regarded
- Relevant travel industry experience in a support style role
- Strong administrative skills
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional verbal presentation skills to large audiences
- Strong technical ability
