We have multiple opportunities for experienced Sales Consultants to join a fun and social team who are committed to helping students find the right course to achieve their desired career path!!!Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to students who have made an online course enquiry
- Identify needs and desired career goals to make the relevant course match!
- Access and qualify each student for course eligibility
- Provide a personal and informed customer service experience
- Answer incoming calls and email enquires
- Previous sales experience within a structured team environment (Phone-based, contact centre or customer-facing)
- Proven experience working towards targets and KPI’s
- Ability to build rapport with a consultative selling approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify customer’s needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
- Full-time permanent contract with benefits
- Lucrative incentives and commission structure OTE $120k
