What's the role?
Due to growth and expansion, we have multiple opportunities as a Sales Consultant to join this fun, friendly and vibrant contact centre located in the heart of Perth’s CBD, close to public transport. Utilising your natural people skills and sales flare, you will be liaising with business owners over the phone and creating a great opportunity for the business development team to meet with them.
Don’t have any previous sales experience? No worries!
You will be fully supported in an amazing training program to help coach, and develop your skills and knowledge, as well as providing you with a clear career development pathway so you can continue to earn uncapped commission and progress your sales career to your full potential!
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working in a customer service or sales role, either face to face or over the phone
- Natural people skills and a willingness to learn
- A drive to succeed and a motivation to work towards sales targets
- A hunger to earn $$ and progress your career
- Strong rapport building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills and active listening

- Excellent earning $$ potential = $55,000 base salary + 11% super + UNCAPPED commission + quarterly pay reviews! OTE $130,000+
