- Previous Call Centre or sales experience within a team environment (Phone-based contact centre highly desirable)
- Previous Insurance or Banking sales experience is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
- Highly motivated and money-driven individuals
- Ability to learn quickly and negative through complex systems
This is a great opportunity for experienced Sales and Service Agents to join one of Australia’s leading Contact Centres. With multiple campaigns kicking off, we are looking for 3 agents to join this expanding team. The high energy team culture, supportive management team and incentives are truly one of a kind!!!
Role Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to clients who have made an online enquiry
- Educate each client on product features and benefits
- Discuss pricing and assist with online applications
- Provide a personal and informed service experience on every call
- Answer incoming calls and email enquires
- Work towards weekly targets and KPIs
