Senior Brand Ambassador role available for stunning luxury jewellery brand.Tenacity CX have partnered with a Global Company who are seeking a Senior Customer Service Brand Ambassador to work within a new division of their call centre based in the office headquarters in Pyrmont.
You will work as part of a dedicated team to support this high end luxury jewellery & watch brand - providing an exceptional level of customer support via phone, email, chat and social networks.
About the role:
- Take enquiries via phone/email, web chat and social media
- Managing call escalations
- After-sales support and maintenance advice
- Complaints handling

- A global business with over 5 contact centres located around the world
- Over 130 staff located in their office in Pyrmont
- Recently celebrated their 30 year anniversary
About you
- You MUST have strong customer service experience
- Experience in a contact centre/e-commerce style business or high end luxury retail store
- You must have strong written & verbal communication skills, communicating confidently in either English OR Mandarin
- A desire to deliver the best customer service experience
- Service & sales oriented - flexible & a team player
- Competent with technology and with a demonstrated ability to learn new things
This is a full time permanent role, working 38 hours a week across a rotating roster. Primary hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 10am-7pm with a Sunday on a needs basis. Great penalties apply!!
