We are looking for a motivated Team Leader who is highly customer focused, with proven Contact Centre experience. 

To be successful in the role you will need the following skills & attributes:

  • Proven experience of leading teams (2+ years) 
  • Highly focused on providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Passionate about leading and developing a team
  • High-level communicator with strong people skills
