TenacityCX have partnered with a leading world class travel company who have been leading innovators & pioneers of incredible travel experiences on the worlds greatest rivers in Europe, Asia, Africa and South America for over 20years.A brand new & exciting opportunity exists to join their first ever Sydney based team to be a part of their inaugural "newly created" office.
We are looking for experienced Leisure Travel Consultants with a passion for Cruise to join this newly created Reservations team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to both Retail Travel Agents & Direct Pax.
Your Role
- Handle incoming reservations calls and inquiries, delivering best solutions and promoting best cruise options, regions and durations
- Providing personable and professional customer service to travel trade and direct customers
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to clients
- Follow up on all requests and complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Working Monday - Friday, business hours within a hybrid work model post the successful completion of onboarding and training
- Working with industry leaders who will work to consistently develop and progress your skills
- Strong understanding or prior demonstrated experience within the travel industry
- Proven ability to build, develop and nurture strong stakeholder relationships - internally and externally
- A passion and love for travel and cruising
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills
