A brand new and very exciting opportunity exists to join their Sydney based team to be a part of the inaugural launch into the Australia and New Zealand market for the first time.
We are looking for passionate and commercially savvy travel lovers to join their Reservations team, delivering exceptional service to ensure all travel trade and direct customer expectations are met & exceeded with a personable and professional approach in each and every interaction.
Your Role
- Handle incoming reservations calls and inquiries, delivering best solutions and promoting best cruise options, regions and durations
- Providing personable and professional customer service to travel trade and direct customers
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to clients
- Follow up on all requests and complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
- Uphold business standards, policies & procedures
- Working Monday - Friday, business hours within a hybrid work model post the successful completion of onboarding and training
- Working within industry leaders who will work to consistently develop and progress your skills
- Strong understanding or prior demonstrated experience within the travel industry
- Proven ability to build, develop and nurture strong stakeholder relationships - internally and externally
- A passion and love for travel and client experience
- Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills
