Skills & attributes required:
- Previous experience in Insurance/ Banking/ Finance is a highly desirable
- Demonstrated inbound & outbound phone-based experience
- Ability to have consultative conversations and build strong relationships
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to understand complex policies and navigate multiple systems
- Effective questioning & active listening skills are essential
- A positive attitude and a strong customer focus are key!
Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer enquiries via inbound telephone calls relating to health insurance products
- Handling all new member enquiries and membership applications
- Provide a personal and informed customer service experience in every interaction with members
- Identifying customer’s needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
- Communicating and answering enquiries in a clear non-technical manner
