- Speak to existing Customers regarding amendments and quotes.
- Have consultative conversations with clients regarding all their Insurance needs.
- Contribute and add value to the customer experience - providing exceptional service in each call
- Previous Contact Centre or Customer experience including Retail and Hospo
- A confident, friendly & outgoing personality is a must!!
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude - We can teach you the rest!
- A consultative approach to customer service
