We are after Customer Service super stars to work as a part of this growing customer support team - we are open to experience (contact centre/retentions/retail/hospitality/office).
Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team in this National Contact Centre
- Being a first point of contact for members spanning - their policy/claims/quotes/asking about what they are covered for/request for cancellation etc
- Identifying customer’s needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for customer service with a keen interest in Health Insurance
- Solutions focused with the ability to make informed decisions
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- 4 months in office & then 50/50 blended WFH (Two days in office & three from home)
- BRAND NEW purpose built offices
- $57,470 + 18 % loading for rotational shifts = $67,814.60 + Super
- $57,470 + 9.5% loading for fixed shifts = $62,930 + Super
