Job description

Tenacity CX specialises in Contact Centre, Customer Experience and Customer Transformation recruitment and consulting. As such, we are currently sourcing for a Digital Learning Specialist, to design and develop digital learning, specifically for life insurance customer service and operational teams.  
  
This is a fantastic opportunity for a an experienced (AND CREATIVE) learning content developer, who loves design and development of e-learning material, using video creation, editing and capturing tools, as well as working fast paced environment and building relationships.  
  
To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and attributes:
  
  • Proven experience designing effective e-learning content
  • Extensive expertise in digital based learning products and tools
  • Highly experienced in Training Needs Analysis
  • Ability to work with Projects, Change and Business Unit Leaders to determine best delivery methods
  • Some experience working with and managing vendors
