Customer Service Representatives - Account Management
  • Aviation Industry – work for an elite brand
  • Customer Service role - No sales!
  • Based in Mascot – hybrid role after successful training
  • 5 roles available to start Wed 16 August 2023
  • 9-month contract
  • FT business hours, Monday to Friday – NO WEEKENDS
  • $35.80 per hour plus 11% super - temp
About the Project
 
This prestigious aviation brand welcomes you to apply for one of 5 roles on their customer service team. The purpose of this project is to make outbound calls to existing business customers regarding the amazing benefits available when using their business rewards program to book flights.
 
You do not need to sell anything. The brand and benefits will speak for themselves.
 
Your role is purely to educate and reinforce the strength of the brand. Your performance will be measured on outbound call volume and Quality Assurance.

Attributes to be successful in the role:
  • Previous outbound calling is highly desired
  • Experience dealing with a client portfolio on a call rotation will put you in good stead for this role
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel is beneficial, or the ability to pick up new systems quickly and well
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong desire to pick up the phone – with confidence, and LOVE talking to people
  • Ability to pick up on buying signals and recommend elements of the product
  • Truly enjoy receiving coaching feedback and improving your natural ability to have long and mutually beneficial conversations
  • Great attitude, sense of humour and a great team player
