We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Manager who is highly customer focused, with proven Contact Centre experience to work as part of this Global Medical Device company that are pioneers in their field.
  
The role:
  
You will manage a growing team of Customer Service Representatives, responsible for developing & implementing the strategy for the Customer Service team – a Blueprint that has potential to be rolled out on a global scale in their contact centres in the US & Switzerland.
  

To be successful in the role you will need the following skills & attributes:
  • A solid understanding of the contact centre environment
  • Be confident in the change piece around people/process & technology/organisation structure & design
  • Passionate about leading and developing a team
  • High-level communicator with strong people skills
  • Constantly thinking outside the box
  • Ability to create a strong team culture and a successful working environment
