We have multiple opportunities for Inbound Service and Sales Consultants to join this rapidly growing Global Luxury Travel Company, who truly value their staff and clients. Based in a contact centre environment, you will handle inbound calls from both customers and travel agents regarding luxury travel cruises. You will be responsible for building rapport, actively listening, and identifying the needs of the customer to provide a tailored luxury travel package. Utilise your natural people skills and consultative rapport building skills and enjoy being rewarded and recognised in this positive and supportive team!
  

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous customer service or sales experience – either face to face or over the phone
  • Strong rapport building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills and active listening
  • Travel industry experience and/or studies within Travel – highly desirable but not essential
  • A drive to succeed and a motivation to work towards targets
  • Ability to follow company policies and processes
