Tenacity CX are Australia's leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience and Contact Centre Industry. As a result of rapid growth, we are working on this newly created Customer Experience Manager/Call Centre Manager role with one of Australia’s pioneering food preparation companies.  

Reporting to the COO, your role will be critical to the success of the business, responsible for owning the customer journey from end to end, whilst overseeing a small customer service team.
  
Responsibilities
  • Map the customer journey & identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Drive customer retention, reduce churn & increase customer satisfaction
  • Manage the Customer Service function & handle any escalations
  • Develop strategic framework for this function
  • Utilising data to make informed strategic decisions
  • Bridge the gap between Marketing strategies and the customer  
The Essentials
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role ideally within a contact centre
  • Have worked in a business that has gone through rapid growth
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
A knowledge and/or passion for food is essential!!!
