As a Collections Consultant, you will liaise with customers over the phone regarding their billing and payment enquiries for their essential gas and electricity services. Working in a contact centre environment, you will be responsible for building rapport and actively listening to your customer in order to identify their needs and tailor the best solution for them.  Utilise your natural people skills, empathy and negotiation skills and enjoy being rewarded and recognised in this fun, positive and supportive team!
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience working in a customer service role, either face to face or within a contact centre environment
  • Previous experience in collections, highly regarded, but not essential
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to empathise and understand customer needs
  • Strong rapport building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills and active listening
  • A drive to succeed and a motivation to work towards KPIs and targets
  • Ability to follow company policies and processes
