Tenacity CX are Australia's leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience and Contact Centre Industry. We are proud partners of a Global Financial Administration company, who are looking for multiple Client Service Officers to join their team based in an office environment.


What you will be doing in the role:

  • Providing administrative, back of house and processing assistance
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (mostly via email)
  • Attending and supporting client meetings
  • Production and creation of data, proxy forms and reports
  • Utilising different software and computer applications
  • Working in a structured, fast paced, supportive, team environment
  • Following guidelines and procedures to meet compliance requirements 
  
What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated administration, back of office or operations/processing experience
  • Strong technical skills – ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A quick learner with a positive 'can-do' attitude is a must!
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
  • Ability to follow processes and work towards KPI's  
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
