Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional face to face customer service within a Retail Branch environment
- Ability to consult customers on insurance policies best suited to their need
- Achieve and exceed sales and service targets
- Perform telephone and email sales including business development activities
- Maintain accurate membership information in accordance with business policy and procedure
- A want to deliver exceptional service with every transaction, giving each customer a personalised experience
- Demonstrated experience or an aspirational drive to sell to members
- Previous experience in a customer service environment working toward KPI's and targets
- Competent in using CRM computer systems or the ability to quickly learn complex computer systems.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to adapt positively to frequently changing work practices and needs
- Must hold a full drivers license

- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
- Part-time hours: 20 hours per week, with rotating Saturday shift at other branches in Perth, as required.
