TenacityCX have partnered with a leading industrial gas and engineering company and we have recently had two MyAgent opportunities open up to join their thriving North Ryde team.The MyAgentCentre team and is responsible for providing service, operational and administrative support to the gas agent channel assisting agents with a range of operational processes, providing knowledge and guidance on both client account management and products. This role is pivotal in the streamlined success of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all inbound customer inquiries to final resolution via multiple channels
- Identifying issues unknown to gas agents during support calls and providing information to facilitate best resolution
- Helping to advise gas agents of new promotional campaigns during interactions
- Update and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assisting the team with administration activities
- Liaise with agents & internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of customer requirements
Skills & attributes required:
- Have a passion for customer service and demonstrated experience working with a solutions focused approach
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, time management & problem solving skills
- And most importantly "A can do attitude"
- Monday - Friday, no weekends, $32.73ph + super
