What inspired you to start a career in Recruitment?
My own experience as a job seeker - This made me value the importance of a supportive and easy recruitment process as it can be very difficult and stressful at times. Moving into Candidate Management brings together administrative tasks with the reward of helping people.

Luckily I was spared from anything like that. Although running flyer delivery jobs was probably what I enjoyed the least.
