Tenacity CX have partnered with a Global Company who are seeking a Tri Lingual Mandarin, Cantonese & English speaking Customer Service Representative to work within an established team in their call centre based in Darling Harbour.You will work within a team dedicated to the customers of this high end piece of sound technology - providing customer service via phone, email, web chat and social networks.
This is an incredible opportunity to kickstart your customer service career with this stable company – note over 100 people in the business!!
Responsibilities:
- Take enquiries via phone/email, web chat and social media
- After-sales support and maintenance advice
- Complaint handling
- You MUST confidently read, speak and write fluent Mandarin, Cantonese & English
- You MUST have strong customer service experience
- A desire to deliver the best customer service experience
- Be a flexible team player
- Competent with technology and with a demonstrated ability to learn new things
Hours of operation:
Mon-Fri 9am-9pm
Saturday 10am-5pm
