We are looking for 2 motivated Team Leaders who are highly customer focused, with proven experience across Live Chat functions within a Contact Centre environment. You work closely with the senior management team and look after the day to day team operations from mentoring and development through to process management and reporting!
To be successful in the role you will need the following skills & attributes:
- Proven experience of leading teams (2+ years)
- 2 years experience in Live chat – WhatsApp, Web chat, Social Media
- Highly focused on providing exceptional customer experience through every interaction
- Passionate about leading, mentoring and motivating a team
- Experience in day to day team operations including processes and reporting
- A real go getter who is constantly thinking outside the box
- Flexibility to quickly adapt to change as the business evolves
- Ability to create a strong team culture and successful working environment

This is a full time permanent position, working a rotating roster Monday – Sunday between 8am – 8pm - Rotating weekend shifts!
