To be successful in the role you will need the following skills & attributes:
- A solid understanding of the contact centre environment
- Proven experience of leading teams (2+ years)
- Experience in banking is essential
- Experience in Superannuation is highly desirable
- Highly focused on providing exceptional customer experience
- Passionate about leading and developing a team
- High-level communicator with excellent people skills
- Constantly thinking outside the box
- Drive & motivation to be successful and grow within the role
