Full Job DescriptionWe have an opportunity for a talented Senior Manager, to drive best practice customer experience, operational effectiveness and overall team engagement. As a newly created Role, you will be reporting to the Head of Client Services within this Superannuation and Financial planning organisation.
Your Role and Responsibilities (but not limited to) are:
- Leading Leaders across numerous metro and regional locations
- Coaching, Mentoring and Engaging overall teams
- Driving Business process Improvements and Operational best practices
- Creating Performance Dashboards and Reporting
- Implementing Customer and Employee performance metrics
To be successful in this role you will have the following experience:
- Experience in Financial Services, ideally Superannuation
- Proven expertise leading leaders in an operational environment
- Demonstrated experience with performance dashboards and reporting
- An absolute focus on Customer and Employee Experience
- Exposure to Financial Planning and/or Advice
