We have partnered with this leading organisation who create better communities through the delivery of technology.As a Scheduling Officer, you will drive excellent customer service that meets and exceeds this company’s commercial and contractual objectives through the provision of safe, effective and efficient customer service, scheduling, contractor management, query resolution and quality management.
Working in a contact centre environment, you will provide outstanding service to Customers and Contractors via phone/email to ensure timely and safe coordination and execution of all work to meet customer, client and company expectations. You will be managing a contractor workforce, acting as first point of contact whilst providing support and assistance, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful, you must have:
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, high volume customer service role
- Previous contact centre experience ideal, but not essential
- Demonstrated experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Outstanding problem solving and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Resilience and adaptability
