Great opportunity for highly motivated Sales Consultants to join one of Australia’s leading online qualifications specialists. We have multiple positions available in this high performing, social team.Responsibilities:
- Contact clients who have made online qualification enquiry
- Access and qualify each client for qualification eligibility
- Case management for ongoing enquiries and open cases
- Provide a personal and informed customer service experience
- Answer incoming calls and email enquires
- Previous Call Centre or Administration experience within a team environment (Phone-based contact centre desirable)
- Highly organised with strong administration and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to learn quickly and negative through complex systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
- $55k + Super + Commission OTE $90k
