Tenacity CX are Australia's leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience and Contact Centre industry.We have multiple opportunities for experienced Sales Consultants to join this rapidly growing business, who truly value their staff and clients! In this role, you will be provided with WARM LEADS of prospective SME business clients who need business insurance – No cold calling! Utilising your natural people skills and sales flare, you will be having consultative discussions with businesses to identify their needs and provide a tailored solution.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated sales experience within a structured team environment (Phone-based, contact centre or customer-facing)
- Previous experience within the insurance industry highly regarded, but not essential
- Ability to build rapport with a consultative selling approach
- Ability to identify customer’s needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
- Proven experience working towards sales targets and KPI’s
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine customer service focus and willingness to learn
- A positive attitude and a team player
