Great opportunity for highly motivated Sales Consultants to join one of Australia’s leading online qualifications specialists. With huge growth plans this year, we are looking for multiple Sales and Service specialists to join a high performing, social team based in Surry Hills.Responsibilities:
- Contact clients who have made online qualification enquiry
- Access and qualify each client for qualification eligibility
- Case management for ongoing enquiries and open cases
- Provide a personal and informed customer service experience
- Answer incoming calls and email enquires
- Previous Call Centre or Administration experience within a team environment (Phone-based contact centre desirable)
- Highly organised with strong administration and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to learn quickly and negative through complex systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
- $55k + Super + Commission OTE $90k
