We are currently seeking an experienced Remediation Team Leader to join a large-scale remediation project. Day to day you will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring Advice Case Assessors who are reviewing customer case files, assessing the appropriateness of the financial advice provided and work alongside internal stakeholders to ensure the customer is remediated appropriately.This newly created team in Brisbane, will be part of established teams in other states. This opportunity will suit a switched-on individual, with prior experience in leading teams within Remediation. This is a contract role until 30 June 2022, possibility of extension - offering work from home flexibility, in a hybrid capacity!
What we look for:
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams within Remediation
- A relevant Bachelors Degree and Diploma of Financial Planning
- Strong knowledge of advice, legislation and regulations
- Passion for coaching, mentoring and developing staff
- Exceptional attention to detail with an investigative approach
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to engage and manage stakeholders
- Professional and proactive with a positive attitude
