Job description

As a partner with a BIG4BANK we have multiple contract opportunities in Customer Service and Administration. We are looking for well presented, professional and experienced individuals who are looking to progress their career in the world of banking.

Role duties Include:
  • Review and process applications for credit cards and loans
  • Verify documents and request any missing information 
  • Administration and data entry duties in relation to the role 
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction via phone or email
  • Work towards targets and KPI's
Skills & attributes required:
  • 1 year processing or administration experience
  • Previous financial services or banking experience is highly desirable 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A quick learner with a positive 'can-do' attitude is a must!
  • Ability to follow processes and work towards KPI's  
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
