Contribute to a team of high performing customer service consultants servicing a large network of existing clients across Australia, delivering exceptional service and support via inbound calls and live webchat enquiries.

What we are looking for:
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine passion for customer service
  • Fantastic communication skills - both verbal and written
  • The ability to build rapport and add value to each customer interaction with a solutions focused approach
  • The ability to work towards set KPI’s and targets individually and within a team environment 
  • Previous contact centre, customer service, retail or hospitality experience is highly regarded
