What Is The Role?
- Financial services disputes role servicing superannuation products

- Reduce complaints and manage losses to appropriate levels
- Investigate end-to-end disputes, some of which being complex cases
- Provide reports and written responses to stakeholders
- Resolve issues or escalate them as required
- Draw down on your problem-solving & disputes skills to deliver outstanding results
Essentials:
- Experience in financial services dispute resolution
- Excellent resolution skills to resolve complaints & retain clients
- Strong client focus and a customer-centric mindset
- A high level of negotiation and investigation skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and be highly organised
- Experience in preparing written submission documentation
- RG146 qualification
- A tertiary degree in finance, commerce or accounting
