As an Inbound Sales Consultant, you will handle inbound calls from new and existing customers who are interested in connecting their gas and electricity services. Working in a contact centre environment, as well as from home, you will be responsible for building rapport and actively listening to your customer in order to identify their needs and tailor the best solution for them. No cold calling! Utilise your natural people skills and sales flare and enjoy being rewarded and recognised in this fun, positive and supportive team!
  

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience working in a customer service or sales role, either face to face or within a contact centre environment
  • A drive to succeed and a motivation to work towards sales targets
  • Strong rapport building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills and active listening
  • Ability to follow company policies and processes
  • Tech savvy – ability to work with multiple systems
