- Previous customer service and sales experience within a structured team environment (Phone-based, contact centre or customer facing positions)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving - Ability to make informed decisions whilst working under pressure
- Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well and collaborate with a team to achieve targets
Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer enquiries via inbound telephone calls relating to health insurance products
- Handling all new member enquiries and membership applications
- Provide a personal and informed customer service experience in every interaction with members
- Identifying customer’s needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
- Communicating and answering enquiries in a clear non-technical manner
