Tenacity CX are seeking Customer Service Specialists to work across multiple language teams within this Global Business. We are looking for a variety of language speakers - Japanese & Korean.The role:
- Taking calls from Japanese & Korean speaking customers
- Assisting customer booking flights & managing changes to destinations around the globe
- Taking enquiries about loyalty points and queries associated with these flight programmes
- Take enquiries via phone/email, web chat & social media
- Complaint handling
- You MUST confidently read, speak & write fluent Japanese OR Korean
- You MUST have strong customer service experience
- You must have strong written & verbal communication skills
- A desire to deliver the best customer service experience
- Service & sales oriented - flexible & a team player
- Competent with technology and with a demonstrated ability to learn new things
Travel Team: Korean or Japanese speakers, 38 hours per week.
Multiple teams and hours :
1) Customer Care operating hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-7pm, full time permanent paying $23/hour+super+penalties.
2) Loyalty team operating hours are Monday - Sunday, 10am-7pm, full time permanent paying $23/hour+super+penalties.
3) B2C Team operating hours are Monday-Sunday, 7am-9pm, full time permanent paying $23/hour+super+penalties.
