Multiple Inbound Member Service Specialist Opportunities to join a fun, supportive & thriving team working with a leading member run Australian Insurance provider based in Sydney CBD.
  
You will be working as part of the Member Services department, where you will be providing the highest level of customer service and experience to existing members regarding insurance enquires via phone and email.

Duties Include:
  • Acting as the key point of contact managing inbound calls and emails from existing members
  • Handle general enquires including policy details and amendments
  • Provide an exceptional member experience with each and every call
  • Have consultative conversations providing them with accurate and timely information on products and services
  • Work towards weekly KPI’s and maintain an updated database
   
Skills & attributes required:
  • Previous experience in Insurance/ Banking/ Finance is a highly desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrated inbound customer service experience
  • Ability to have consultative conversations and build strong relationships
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to understand complex policies and navigate multiple systems at once
  • Effective questioning & active listening skills are essential
  • A can-do positive attitude and a strong customer focus is key!
  
  
This is a full-time Monday - Friday role working on a rotating roster between 8am - 8pm.
