We are seeking experienced Customer Service Specialists to join a high performing and social Service & Retention team located in North Sydney.

Duties include:
  • Handle all inbound enquiries regarding life insurance policies 
  • Speak to existing customers regarding amendments and quotes
  • Have consultative conversations with clients regarding all their Insurance needs, ensuring the best solution has been sought to meet there needs
  • Contribute and add value to the customer experience - providing exceptional service with every customer interaction
What we are looking for:
  • Previous Contact Centre or Customer experience including Retail and Hospitality - Seeking a challenge within a new industry
  • A confident, friendly & outgoing personality is a must!!
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude - We can teach you the rest!
  • A consultative approach to customer service
