As such, we are currently sourcing for an Implementation Manager, who is an expert in workforce management and planning, Capacity planning and has a deep understanding of workflow, back office operations, systems and processes.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced workforce planning manager, who is looking to work in a fast paced, agile project environment. The role is responsible for ensuring this stream of work is delivered on time and on budget.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a complex capacity and workforce management system implementation, can manage complex stakeholder both internal and external at various level across business units.
This role will own the roadmap for the workforce management stream within the project.
To be successful in the role you will need the following skills and attributes:
- Extremely strong workforce management experience
- Proven experience implementing a complex workforce management system
- Stakeholder management in a complex environment
- Responsible for on time and on budget project delivery
- Sound understanding of business operations, ideally in financial services
- Detail orientated individual, who can get into the detail, yet also understand the long term strategy
- Sound knowledge for how technology and solution design impact staff/customer experience and operational efficiencies
- Champion for continuous improvement in processes and standards
