As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for aligning the HR strategy with the company objectives, supporting senior stakeholders to drive company performance. This role is newly created to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the recruitment strategy, both in-house and engaging agency support as and when required
- Support the learning and development of new and existing employees
- HR advisor to senior business stakeholder to execute best practice
- Develop processes and procedures to drive effectiveness and efficiencies
- Assist to drive employee engagement and retention
- Expertise and experience across end-to-end HR services
- Up to date knowledge on HR and fair work legislation
- Recruitment, Onboarding and Talent Management experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
- Drive to implement best practice employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Strong problem solving, time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills
