Key Responsibilities
   
  • Provide an exceptional, accurate and personalised customer experience on every call and always striving for first contact resolution
  • Provide a personal and sincere customer service experience in every interaction with customers
  • Identifying customer needs through effective questioning & active listening skills
  • Maximising inbound call opportunities to promote products and campaigns
  • Liaising with sales representatives and internal stakeholders (delivery drivers, technicians and third parties)
   
What You Will Bring to the Role
   
  • Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm and high level of optimism
  • Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
  • The ability to build rapport and add value to each customer interaction with a solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to work towards set KPI’s and targets individually and within a team environment 
  • Previous contact centre, customer service, retail or hospitality experience is highly regarded
