We are looking for an ambitious individual who has Superannuation experience and exposure to leading a team, while eager to take the next step in your career. Your team are cross-skilled, mostly taking inbound Superannuation inquiries, and will have a drive for seeing your team excel and be highly customer-focused, with a real 'can do' attitude.
To be successful in the role you will need the following skills & attributes:
- A solid understanding of the contact centre environment
- Superannuation experience
- Proven experience of leading a team with a true passion for empowering and driving development within your team
- A strong focus on Customer Experience
- High-level communicator with excellent people skills
- Drive & motivation to be successful and grow within the role

- Comfortable in liaising with different stakeholders
- Highly driven & supportive management team
- $85,000-$95,000 + Superannuation
- Full-time permanent contract within a highly reputable organisation
