- Handle all inbound enquiries from existing clients in regards to their life insurance policies, amendments and quotes
- Having consultative conversations around their insurance needs, ensuring the best solution has been sought
- Contribute and add value to the customer experience - providing exceptional service with each & every customer interaction
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous Contact Centre or Customer experience is highly regarded but not essential, retail and hospitality is highly recommended to apply
- A confident, friendly & outgoing personality is a must!
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude
