Job description

Inbound Customer Service Representative – Travel Industry entry level roles for Global Brand.
  
Tenacity CX are seeking Customer Service Specialists to work within the Travel division of this Global Business. 
    
The role: 
  • Booking flights & accommodation to multiple destinations around the world
  • Take enquiries via phone/email, web chat & social media 
  • Complaint handling
  • Managing changes
  About you
  • You MUST have strong customer service experience
  • An interest in the travel industry
  • You must have strong written & verbal communication skills
  • A desire to deliver the best customer service experience
  • Service & sales oriented - flexible & a team player 
  • Competent with technology and with a demonstrated ability to learn new things
  
These are full time roles, working 38 hours a week across a rotating roster Monday - Friday 8am-7pm & Saturday 9am-2pm.  Penalty shifts apply.
