Inbound Customer Service Representative – Travel Industry entry level for Global BrandTenacity CX are seeking Customer Service Travel Specialists to work within the Travel division of this Global Business.
The role:
- Booking flights & accommodation to multiple destinations around the world
- Take enquiries via phone/email, web chat & social media
- Complaint handling
- Managing changes
- You MUST have strong customer service experience
- An interest in the travel industry
- You must have strong written & verbal communication skills
- A desire to deliver the best customer service experience
- Service & sales oriented - flexible & a team player
- Competent with technology and with a demonstrated ability to learn new things
These are full time roles, working 38 hours a week across a rotating roster Monday-Friday between 9am-6pm.
