Tenacity CX are seeking Customer Service Specialists to work within the Travel Teams of this Global Business.  We are looking for a variety of language speakers  - Japanese & Korean.
The role: 
  • Talking to Japanese OR Korean speaking customers
  • Booking flights & managing changes to destinations around the globe
  • Take enquiries via phone/email, web chat & social media 
  • Complaint handling
  About you
  • You MUST confidently read, speak & write fluent Japanese OR Korean 
  • You MUST have strong customer service experience
  • You must have strong written & verbal communication skills
  • A desire to deliver the best customer service experience
  • Service & sales oriented - flexible & a team player 
  • Competent with technology and with a demonstrated ability to learn new things
This is a full time permanent role, working 38 hours a week across a rotating roster Monday-Sunday. 
Note that good penalties (ie overtime rates) apply.
