Job descriptionTenacity CX are seeking Customer Service Specialists to work within the Travel Teams of this Global Business. We are looking for a variety of language speakers - Japanese & Korean.
- Talking to Japanese OR Korean speaking customers
- Booking flights & managing changes to destinations around the globe
- Take enquiries via phone/email, web chat & social media
- Complaint handling
- You MUST confidently read, speak & write fluent Japanese OR Korean
- You MUST have strong customer service experience
- You must have strong written & verbal communication skills
- A desire to deliver the best customer service experience
- Service & sales oriented - flexible & a team player
- Competent with technology and with a demonstrated ability to learn new things
Note that good penalties (ie overtime rates) apply.
