Grow your career in financial services with this premium business based in Wollongong CBD. We have a full time position for an experienced Superannuation, Banking and Insurance Customer Service Consultant to work in a fun and dynamic team.
 
Duties Include:
  • Contacting existing members regarding their Superannuation & Pension needs.
  • Having consultative conversations with members regarding their retirement goals.
  • Identifying customer needs through effective questioning & active listening skills.
  • Managing Client Records / Data Entry.
  • Contribute and add value to the Customer Experience – Provide an exceptional service experience in each call.
Skills & attributes required:
  • Previous Experience in Superannuation/Banking/Insurance is required.
  • Demonstrated Customer Service Experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to have consultative conversations with every customer.
  • A good understanding of Superannuation and Insurance.
